The Mood Walks Program at Kerry’s Place in Guelph is designed for youth aged 5–17 diagnosed with autism. This group-based program encourages physical activity and mental well-being by offering participants the opportunity to connect with nature through guided hikes and walks in a supportive and inclusive environment.
