CMHA Waterloo Wellington The Grove- Youth Wellness Hubs

The Grove is a Youth Wellness Hub that is a “one stop shop”.  Youth can access support and services within an integrated services model.  They welcome all youth ages 12 (turning 12 in the current calendar year) to 26.

The Grove has sites across Guelph and Wellington County.  There are three ways you can participate at all sites:

  1. Drop-in: Come in and use the space.  Have a snack, play a game, do art or charge your phone.
  1. Skills and Well-Being: They have a monthly calendar of programming that you can participate in (see links below).
  1. Pathway to Support: Complete an intake on site to determine your needs.  They will connect you with a team, or help you access services through CMHA WW and other community partners.
