Canadian Mental Health Association North Bay and District

Canadian Mental Health Association North Bay and District is a community mental health organization that supports vulnerable populations in the community through case management, in-patient treatment for substance use, health promotions, housing, and more.

CMHA North Bay and District will be using the trail systems behind College Drive campus for the walks. Open to students, staff, and the community, the walks will focus on different wellness strategies, including mindfulness exercises. Participants will benefit from being around others in a non-judgemental and open space. Mood Walks brings together folks that may not have otherwise met.
