Canadian Mental Health Association Sudbury Manitoulin

CMHA Sudbury/Manitoulin was established in 1984 and is a not-for-profit organization with a volunteer board of directors. The branch is mandated to provide services to individuals with mental health issues or a diagnosis of a mental illness (though it is not required) within the Sudbury and Manitoulin districts. Their purpose is to provide compassionate mental health and substance use health services, education, and advocacy to support people in navigating their unique paths to wellness.

The Mood Walks program is designed to encourage and support the mental and physical health of participants by exposing them to the healing effects of nature, being physically active and engaging with the community.
