The mission of the Canadian Mental Health Association Grey Bruce Mental Health and Addiction Services is to cultivate hope, resilience, and community for individuals living with or affected by mental illness and addiction. CMHA Grey Bruce strives to create an inclusive community that inspires hope, choice, and well-being for all. This is achieved through diverse peer-led and person-centered programs, including Community Connections, Recovery College, Leisure Links, and Psycho-Social Rehabilitation.
Mood Walks is one of the many recreational and recovery-oriented activities offered monthly by CMHA Grey Bruce. Participants can enjoy walks on local trails while connecting with others who share similar interests. While all programs are free and open to the community, an intake process is required for participation.
